¡We already have the first files in the catalog of open educational resources at URJC!
We haven’t been able to process all the materials you’ve sent us yet, but we’ll soon add the remaining ones to the catalog. In this catalog, we’re including materials produced by URJC staff that are applicable to university teaching and are published under open licenses. If you have materials that meet these conditions and want us to include them in the catalog, follow these instructions. If you’re thinking of publishing materials in open access and aren’t quite sure how to do it, contact us, and we’ll help you.
From OfiLibre, in addition to maintaining the catalog, we’ll issue documents that certify the entry of materials into the catalog, so their authors can accredit the publication of those open materials wherever it’s convenient.
Here’s what the catalog we’re launching looks like:
For each material (video collection, notes, website, etc.), we’ve prepared a file that includes the authors’ names, a link to the material, a brief description, and in many cases, details about the production process and the platforms used for publication. This is an example of a file, one of the first ones we’ve received:
We hope this catalog will help us better understand what open materials we’re publishing and initiate exchanges of experiences.
