At the beginning of December, the ordinary call for 2021 was published on the university’s electronic bulletin board, offering 74 Collaboration Grants cofinanced with Banco Santander, for training in different services of the Rey Juan Carlos University, in favor of students enrolled at the URJC.

Among these 74 Collaboration Grants, there is one associated with OfiLibre, specifically with the coordination of Free Software. At OfiLibre, we are looking for students of computer science and telecommunications degrees who have knowledge of free software and are eager to “tinker” and collaborate with the office in disseminating free software throughout the entire university community.

The tasks of this grant include the following (which can be found in the call):

  • Collaboration in maintaining the web infrastructure and social media
  • Collaboration in creating documents for disseminating knowledge, culture, and free software in the university
  • Collaboration in organizing events promoted by the Office
  • Collaboration in attending to individuals interested in the Office’s activities
  • Collaboration in creating documentation on the use of free software tools in different areas.

If you’re interested, go ahead and submit your application!
